C.P. TRIPATHI, CHAIRMAN

Shri C.P. Tripathi joined Bajaj in January 1996 as the Vice President (Waluj Plant), took over as Vice President (Operations) in April 2001, Vice President (Corporate) in July 2007 and is Vice President (Corporate Social Responsibility) since October 2009. A Science Graduate from Agra University, Mr. Tripathi holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.


MADHUR BAJAJ, TRUSTEE

Shri Madhur Bajaj, Vice chairman of Bajaj Auto was the recipient of the Vikas Rattan Award from the International Friendship Society of India, for enriching human life and outstanding achievements. He completed his MBA from the International Institute of Management Development, Lausanne, Switzerland, in 1979.


MR. PRADEEP SHRIVASTAVA, TRUSTEE

B. Tech (Mech. Engineering) from IIT Delhi & graduate diploma in Production & Finance from IIM-Bangalore, Shri Pradeep Shrivastava is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Bajaj Auto Ltd.


KEVIN D’SA, TRUSTEE

Mr Kevin D’Sa, actively involved with the CSR activities o the Bajaj Group of Companies holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, completed his CA in 1978 and ICWA in 1981. He began his career with the Bajaj Group in September 1978 and is presently the CFO of Bajaj Auto Ltd. He is on the Board of various Bajaj Group Companies like Bajaj Auto Holdings, Bajaj Financial Holdings and Bajaj Electoral Trust. He is a Trustee on Jankidevi Bajaj Gram Vikas Sanstha.


SANJAY BHARGAVA, TRUSTEE

Mr Sanjay Bhargava has 38 years’ experience in Industry and Education, after completing B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics from St Stephen's College, Delhi and PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (1979). He has worked with National Dairy Development Board, Planning Commission, Hindustan Lever, Tata Consultancy Services, Bajaj Tempo and Bajaj Auto in Marketing, Exports, Consultancy and Planning. He has been responsible for Shiksha Mandal, Wardha since 2009, which is a century old Bajaj educational trust that runs eight institutions in Wardha and Nagpur with over 10,000 students. He was its Pradhan Mantri from 2009 to 2015 and is the Chairman since 2015. It was under his leadership that the Bajaj Science Education Centre in Wardha in 2007 and for starting Bajaj Education Initiative for schools saw the light of the day. Currently he is a member of CII National Committee on Higher Education as well as Director, Bajaj Housing Finance and Director, Bajaj Financial Distributors.
